What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that can help transmute energetic imbalances and stagnation in the body, while alleviating feelings of heaviness, stiffness, pain, and discomfort. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that promotes relaxation, self-healing, and spiritual transformation.
Reiki sessions are intended to be a safe and nourishing experience, helping you to explore the depths of your own essence while healing from the inside out.

My goal as a practitioner is to create a safe space for you to explore the depths of who you are, discover the healer within, and help you & your body return back to its balanced state.
Using an intuitive and gentle approach, in-person sessions are tailored towards your body’s unique energy and needs, while uncovering the energetic & emotional root causes of imbalance, and serves as a supportive space for healing and self-discovery.
Reiki is appropriate for anyone seeking a deeper exploration into their own healing. No experience or prior knowledge is required.

As part of your first session, we will discuss the goals and intentions for your session and identify the root cause of energetic & emotional imbalances through incorporating Reiki and gentle, hands-on touch.
Includes:
-30 minutes of discussion
-50 minutes of Reiki
-30 minutes of integration and discussion

Returning clients.
75 minutes | $150
Supports a continuation of your healing journey. Delve deeper into the layers of the energy body to cultivate a deeper relationship to the self and your healing. Follow up sessions are generally recommended.
Includes:
-15 minutes of discussion
-50 minutes of Reiki
-10 minutes of integration and discussion

Distance Reiki
60 minutes | $130
Receive the benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your own home. Distance Reiki is a deeply nourishing session, offering you the space to be fully present with your body, breath, and Reiki energy. Includes a brief energy reading + suggestions for your healing For new and returning clients.
